As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of siding and roofing projects from planning through punch-out, ensuring safety, quality, and daily accountability on every job.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily logs and field reporting for labor, materials, weather, and progress
• Create and maintain project schedules, coordinating labor and materials
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and track profitability
• Serve as the lead communicator between clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Ensure quality control and enforce jobsite safety from start to finish

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, siding, or exterior construction
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using project management software (e.g., JobNimbus)
• Ability to solve problems quickly, communicate clearly, and lead teams effectively
• Working knowledge of building codes, scopes, contracts, and spec compliance
